At every visit we carry out thorough boiler inspections and service, checking for gas leaks, testing gas pressure etc. An annual boiler and central heating services can prolong the life of your system. We recommend having the system serviced during the summer to ensure you are prepared for the colder winter.

Legal duties as a landlord
UK landlords are legally obligated to conduct annual gas safety checks and provide Gas Safety (CP12) Certificates on all permanent and portable gas appliances and flues in the property used by tenants. Gas appliances and fittings include central heating, boilers and flues.
Landlords must keep record of the safety check for two years and supply new tenants with a copy of the certificate before they move in and within 28 days of completing a new check.
